We all know we need to move more, but sometimes it’s hard to know how. We will provide you with reminders that you can set, and quality movement videos you can move with to help you feel, move and look better.

With this program you will receive daily 10 minute movement programs delivered to your phone or ipad. With no equipment required and you can move anywhere, anytime. You can repeat workouts more often for even better results. Choose from beginner, intermediate or advanced movement levels. Simply follow along with the video demonstration!

 

We were designed to move but modern life often limits our abilities to get moving through our day. Some of us are too tired, some are too busy, and some are stuck sitting for 8 hours a day. Being a mum of 3 children, running my own business and living 400km South of any major city can be pretty daunting and isolating when trying to grow as a business owner, as a mother, as a wife and also find time to grow within myself.

Between family and business it can become a challenge to get away for further education so I signed up for the In2Great Fitness Move it in May initially for business reason to help feel connected to likeminded people in the movement industry and to help grow my movement toolbox and help clients further. I found I got so much more.

The surprising part for me was, I really enjoyed someone else designing my programming for me! It has not happened in such a long time and it really helped me to totally switch off during movement and try new things. It gave me the chance to really ask my body how it was feeling and acknowledge the daily change with each activity.
